Contact and Support
Solarus tires sell through Amazon and other marketplaces, and every order question has a home where the order was placed. Pick the door that matches yours.
About an order
Where You Bought Is Where You Write
Delivery, payment, returns and complaints stay with the marketplace that took the order, from checkout to refund. Its order page is the fastest route in, with the purchase history already attached. For Amazon orders, that means:
- Order status and delivery
- Returns and refunds
- Payment and billing
- Tires damaged in transit
- Missing items
- Complaints about a seller
Ordered from another marketplace? Start from the order history there, the same way.
About the tire
Check Two Places First
The sidewall carries the size, load index and speed rating of the tire itself. The placard in the driver's door jamb carries what your car requires, including the cold inflation pressure. Between them, those two answer most fitment questions before anyone writes a message.
Still unsure a size fits? Any tire shop can read the placard and confirm it in a minute, and the same visit covers mounting and balancing.
The Company Behind Starfire
Starfire is a Goodyear brand. Cooper Tire engineered the Solarus AS and became part of Goodyear in 2021, which is why both names show up around this tire.
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company
P.O. Box 550

A treadwear warranty claim needs the purchase invoice and rotation records. The warranty section covers the terms before you start one.
